Returns & Refunds

We hope you love what you receive. If for any reason a piece is not right for you, here is how to return it.

Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. If you wish to cancel, you must inform us within this 14-day window and return the piece within 14 days of notifying us.

Conditions for return

  • Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Pieces must be returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Items showing signs of wear, fragrance, makeup, or alteration cannot be accepted

Pieces that cannot be returned

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Made-to-order or bespoke pieces
  • Pieces altered to your measurements
  • Gift cards

How to return

  1. Email hello@martinalondon.com within 14 days of receiving your piece, with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will confirm your return and provide a return address
  3. Pack the piece securely in its original packaging and dispatch via a tracked, insured service
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the piece is faulty or incorrect

We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage and tracking for your return. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you believe your piece is faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@martinalondon.com within 30 days of receipt with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a return at our cost and either replace the piece or issue a full refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
