Shipping
We dispatch every piece from our London atelier with care. Below is everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship.
Production time
Most Martina London pieces are crafted to order. Please allow 2–3 working weeks from the date of your order before your piece is dispatched. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email as soon as your order is on its way.
United Kingdom
Free standard delivery — for a limited time only.
- Standard delivery (3–5 working days): Free
- Express delivery (1–2 working days): £12
All UK orders are sent tracked and signed for.
Europe
- Standard delivery (5–7 working days): £20
Following the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the European Union, customers receiving orders in EU member states may be liable for import VAT and customs duties on arrival, charged by the destination country. These charges are not collected by Martina London and are the customer's responsibility.
Rest of world
- Standard delivery (7–14 working days): £35
International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and local handling fees on arrival. These charges vary by country and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs authority for guidance before placing an order.
Tracking
Every order is dispatched with a tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your delivery. If you do not receive this email within three working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@martinalondon.com.
Delivery delays
Once a piece has been handed to our courier, delivery is in their hands. Whilst we will always do our best to assist, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
