Shipping

We dispatch every piece from our London atelier with care. Below is everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship.

Production time

Every Martina London piece is made to order. Once you place your order, it is cut from Italian fabric, made in the EU, then finished and checked by hand in London before it is dispatched with a confirmation email. This takes two to three weeks. Beautiful things are worth a short wait, and yours is being made for you alone.

Complimentary delivery

We offer complimentary UK and EU delivery on all orders over £350, and complimentary international delivery on all orders over £550. Below these amounts, delivery is a flat £35.

United Kingdom

  • Delivery (1 to 2 business days via DHL): £35, complimentary on orders over £350

All UK orders are sent tracked and signed for.

Europe

  • Delivery (1 to 2 business days via DHL): £35, complimentary on orders over £350

Following the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the European Union, customers receiving orders in EU member states may be liable for import VAT and customs duties on arrival, charged by the destination country. These charges are not collected by Martina London and are the customer's responsibility.

Rest of world

  • Delivery (7 to 14 working days), secured and signed for: £35, complimentary on orders over £550

International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and local handling fees on arrival. These charges vary by country and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs authority for guidance before placing an order.

Tracking

Every order is dispatched with a tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your delivery. If you do not receive this email within three working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@martinalondon.com.

Delivery delays

Once a piece has been handed to our courier, delivery is in their hands. Whilst we will always do our best to assist, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
