Returns & Refunds

Our collection is intentionally limited, with fabrics chosen exclusively for Martina London. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns work - at a glance:

• 15 days to return from the day your order arrives
• Email us first at info@martinalondon.com with your order number - before sending anything back
• Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging
• You cover return postage (we recommend tracked & insured) - unless the piece is faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it
• Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your return

How to return, step by step

1. Email info@martinalondon.com within 15 days, with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll confirm your return and the address
3. Pack the piece securely in its original packaging, with tags attached
4. Send via a tracked, insured service and keep your proof of postage
5. Once received and checked, we'll process your refund within 14 days
