We hope you love every Martina London piece. Our collection is small and considered, and some of our fabrics are exclusive to us - so we ask that returns are handled with the same care.
Your right to return
You may return an eligible piece within 15 days of receiving your order.
Contact us first
Please email info@martinalondon.com before sending anything back, quoting your order number and the details of your order. We will confirm your return and the next steps. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be processed.
Condition of returns
Return postage
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except where a piece is faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked, insured service and keeping proof of postage - we cannot take responsibility for items lost in return transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 14 days to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Faulty or incorrect items
If a piece is faulty or you have received the wrong item, contact us at info@martinalondon.com within 30 days with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a return at our cost and either replace the piece or issue a full refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
